Tujuh tahun sebelum gerbang Saranjana terbuka, cinta Rusmiati (Putri Intan Kasela) dan Badri (Rio Dewanto) runtuh ketika tekanan adat dan ramalan buruk memaksa Rusmiati mencari jalan gelap: ajian Kuyang. Keputusannya memicu teror yang menghantui bayi dan perempuan hamil, sementara identitasnya perlahan terkuak.
