Tujuh tahun sebelum gerbang Saranjana terbuka, cinta Rusmiati (Putri Intan Kasela) dan Badri (Rio Dewanto) runtuh ketika tekanan adat dan ramalan buruk memaksa Rusmiati mencari jalan gelap: ajian Kuyang. Keputusannya memicu teror yang menghantui bayi dan perempuan hamil, sementara identitasnya perlahan terkuak. Saat amuk massa siap menelan segalanya, Badri harus memilih antara cinta yang ia pertahankan, atau masyarakat yang menuntut darah.
