Mira (CHOI Ji-woo), seorang ibu pekerja keras, mendapati putranya yang berusia 9 tahun, Dong-myeong, tiba-tiba pingsan karena diabetes tipe 1. Menyadari Dong-myeong sekarang harus menjalani tes darah setiap hari selama 365 hari, hatinya hancur. Mira dengan putus asa mencari alat pemantau gula darah tanpa rasa sakit di seluruh dunia dan akhirnya mengimpor alat 'DexCom', yang pertama kali ada di Korea. Merasa empati terhadap pasien lain, ia mulai membantu ibu-ibu lain untuk membeli alat tersebut. Namun, Mira menghadapi tuduhan impor ilegal. Ia memutuskan untuk berjuang demi mereka yang menderita. Akankah Mira melanjutkan perjuangan ini, bukan hanya untuk putranya tetapi untuk kebaikan yang lebih besar?
