Joy Putri (Britanny Fergie) seorang beauty influencer punya mimpi Live Tiktoknya ditonton 10.000 orang. Kenapa Joy begitu narsis? Ini semua karena dulu ketika masih SMA dia overweight, gemuk sekali dan ngga ada seorangpun yang melihat dia. Suatu hari, sahabat Joy dari SMA, Dini Haryanti (Putri Ayudya) yang khawatir dengan aktivitas Joy di sosial media yang sering pamer kecantikan dan kulit mulus, menasehati Joy untuk menghentikan semuanya sebelum terkena PENYAKIT ‘AIN. Tentu saja Joy tidak mengindahkan peringatan Dini. Sampai akhirnya seluruh tubuh Joy hancur mengerikan dan menjijikkan!
