Monster Pabrik Rambut mengikuti kisah Putri (Rachel Amanda), ia terpaksa bekerja di pabrik untuk melunasi hutang ibunya, yang dikabarkan bunuh diri. Sementara adiknya, Ida (Lutesha), yakin ibu mereka meninggal karena hal-hal mistis yang ada di pabrik. Saat Putri dan Ida mulai bekerja siang malam di pabrik, mereka tidak hanya mendengar, namun mulai menyaksikan kejadian-kejadian aneh yang menimpa para pekerja.
