Di akhir era 80an di tanah Minahasa, Manado, Mikha (Annette Edoarda) dan seluruh keluarganya terpaksa diusir keluar desa karena Helsye (Imelda Therinne), ibu tirinya dituduh sebagai jelmaan dari Songko. Songko merupakan sosok gaib berjubah hitam yang sudah lama meneror dan membunuh banyak gadis remaja di desa dengan cara menghisap darah mereka. Namun nyatanya, meski mereka sudah diasingkan ke luar desa, warga desa masih juga mendapat teror dari Songko.Siapakah Songko ini dan apa kaitannya dengan keluarga Mikha?
